The fullest expression of yourself is on the other side of the breath.
The work I offer is rooted in breath.
Breathwork is a simple, powerful meditative tool for coming home to yourself. It helps quiet the noise, move stuck emotions, and build safety in the body—especially when life feels overwhelming.
I offer virtual one-on-one sessions.
Happy to discuss in-person sessions if local.
I love bringing this work into treatment centers.
For children and tweens, I offer developmentally supportive breathwork that helps them build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience from an early age. It’s gentle, playful, and tailored to meet them right where they are. Breathwork can be transformative for those experiencing anxiety and stress.
This work is steady and sacred.
It’s about slowing down, softening, and making space to feel again—safely, fully, and with support.
HI, I’M CAITLYNE
The foundation of my work is embodied presence, curiosity, and care.
Let’s be real—life’s messy, healing is hard, and nervous systems are out here doing the absolute most. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve walked through the fire, and now I help others find their way through the smoke. Big feelings, tricky thoughts, and our bodies reacting in ways we don’t always understand. I’ve been through some hard stuff, and now I have the opportunity to serve others by sharing what I have learned.
My offering is to bring gentle, science-backed breathwork and movement into healing spaces, treatment centers, groups, and one-on-one sessions. I use something called Somatics and Polyvagal Theory (don’t worry, I explain it in simple ways!) to help regulate your nervous system, soften your stress responses, and build resilience without bypassing the hard stuff.
You don’t have to be in recovery to benefit from this work (though if you are, welcome—I see you). We all carry stuff. Old stories. Triggers. Patterns we didn’t sign up for. My job is to help you come back home to yourself and maybe even feel a little safer in your body while doing it. Whether we work together or you’re just passing through—thank you. Seriously. In my experience, if we stay curious, clarity will come.
And if not?
Breathe and let it go.
